Brownie’s Bean Blossom Inn is about a ½-mile up the road to the north, and is a favorite hang-out of Brown County locals.

The Gatesville General Store is another interesting stop that’s only a few miles east on Gatesville Road, where the sandwiches
and desserts will surely satisfy when hunger pangs hit. If you drive into Nashville, a mere five miles to the south,
you’ll find even more opportunities for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
If you want to go swimming, fishing, or boating, Lake Lemon is within a 15 minute drive along State Road 45 to the west.
