Carriage House at the Preserve

This is Carriage House at the Preserve, a guest house sharing more than 90 acres of unspoiled woodlands on a ridgetop three miles north of the quaint village of Nashville, Indiana.

Open year round, Carriage House at the Preserve is a cozy one-bedroom second-floor apartment that accommodates up to four persons. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and a living area complete with Satellite TV/DVD/VCR and stereo.

The popular villages of Nashville and Bean Blossom are nearby where guests will enjoy shopping and entertainment. You can take in a show at the Brown County Playhouse, Little Nashville Opry, Coachlight Theatre or Bean Blossom Jamboree. Visit hundreds of specialty shops, art galleries and craft cottages in Nashville. Enjoy fried biscuits and apple butter at Brown County restaurants.

The Carriage House is part of a large property. The owner lives directly adjacent to this carriage house in his own home and will be happy to make suggestions for dining & entertainment. The outside patio area, between the main house and the Carriage House, is shared by owner and guests. It consists of gardens, a koi pond, an outside bbq grill and a large hot tub. Guests are welcome to use these amenities.
