The Olde Magnolia House in Nashville, Indiana We invite you to step back into the charm and elegance of a past era. Olde Magnolia House is a 4BR, 5BA home that used to be a bed and breakfast. While the breakfast is no longer catered to you each morning, you can make all the meals you decide in the fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main level with its very own private bath with whirlpool tub for your enjoyment. Then upstairs you will find 3 more delightful bedrooms and 3 more full baths, 2 with clawfoot tubs/showers. There is cable tv and a vcr in every bedroom. The Owner has left many movies in the home for your enjoyment. Relax and unwind on our wrap around porch, or in the living room in front of the fireplace with your morning coffee, or evening cappuccino or hot cocoa. It's the perfect gathering place for friendship and conversation whether it's the beginning or end of your day. Even though we are right in town, our peaceful surroundings offer a welcome respite. There is a dining room table and a scrapbooking table for your enjoyment. Enjoy the nostalgic charm and beauty of an old Victorian mansion with all of the comforts and amenities of modern life. After a romantic night at the Olde Magnolia House, shop in the many fine shops that abound in this quaint small town located in scenic Brown County, Indiana. Free off-street parking is included with your stay and you will be within easy walking distance of all of the downtown area of Nashville. Nashville, Indiana, while far from the hustle and bustle of city life, is close to something for everyone. Explore nature's beauty in nearby Brown County State Park. Enjoy country music at Mike's Music and Dance Barn or theater at the Brown County Playhouse. Attend a basketball or football game, a music recital, ballet, or other cultural event at nearby Indiana University. Indianapolis is less than an hour away if you just absolutely can't drag yourself away from the big city lights. While you will still be able to enjoy the house and all of the common areas as you always have, now you will get to select the bedroom you would like to occupy with the amenities that suit you the best. The master bedroom will always be open on the main level - Jenn's bedroom, so up to the first two guests will automatically be renting this bedroom. Each additional bedroom is $30.00 - $60 per night, so please make sure to let us know what bedroom you will like to rent.
