The Doll House cottage
The Doll House cottage sits on 50 acres adjoining Yellowwood State Forest offering plenty of privacy. There are networks of hiking trails.
Built in the 1950's, The Doll House is modern, cozy and comfortable while retaining the original Brown County feel. The spacious bedroom with a queen bed adjoins the large living/dining room, which has a gas fireplace and lots of windows to view nature. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the bathroom has a tub and shower combo. A futon in the living room provides a place for two to sleep.
When you relax in the outdoor hot tub made for two, you will see stars and nature, making you feel like you are the only people in the world. An airy screened porch off the living room offers outdoor eating or quiet time in the porch swing.
If you like intrigue, try to figure out how the enormous rocks became suspended and cradled in the branches of two sycamore trees towering 60 feet above you.
In less than 10 minutes you will find yourself in Bean Blossom, home to many Bluegrass Festivals and one of two covered bridges in Brown County. The Village of Nashville is 5.5 miles and the Brown County State Park is 7.5 miles.
