Turkey Roost Log Cabin...the perfect romantic getaway. Located on a 131 acre farm, 20 minutes west of Bloomington, Indiana, close to McCormicks Creek State Park. Massive logs were sawed on-site using old-fashion half dovetailed joints. Wrap-around porches surround the cabins providing great views. Relax in the hot tub located on the lower patio. Enjoy the view from the Hot Tub Wildlife is abundant. It is not at all uncommon to see deer and wild turkey. There are plenty of hiking trails to explore. The living room has a huge fieldstone fireplace with hickory and red oak flooring. Furnishings include antiques and handmade furniture. Enjoy the cozy wood stove on the lower level of this vacation cabin west of Bloomington, Indiana. Three baths that include a whirlpool tub and large shower. There is one queen size bed in the loft bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities of home with cherry cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Close to Indiana University, numerous restaurants, McCormicks Creek State Park and Rolling Meadows Golf Course, but, you may just want to relax on the covered porch and enjoy the view. All Hills O' Brown Vacation Cabins are individually owned. You will be greeted at Turkey Roost Log Cabin by the owners at check-in. Your privacy and convenience is their utmost concern. Check-in by 6:00 p.m. is preferred. Later arrivals can be accommodated. Early check-in can be arranged if the cabin is not rented the night before.
