Guests can relax in the private in-room hot tub, one of the standout features of the suite. The private bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the semi-private patio provides a comfortable outdoor space to unwind. With keypad entry, private entrance, and heating and cooling units, Suite #1 offers a comfortable and easy stay for two guests. **A Note About Your Stay:** Our suites offer a more private, self-guided lodging experience than a traditional hotel or full-service inn. While there is no on-site staff for daily towel refreshes, room service, or complimentary item restocking, each suite is prepared with fresh linens, towels, and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towel roll, some dish soap, a few trash bags, and coffee pucks) before arrival. Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest. - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee. - Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above - Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND! - When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved. - When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.
