Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES - Cancellations of a confirmed reservation must be made by the Guest who made the original reservation, not a representative of that Guest. - Reservations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the total charges before tax, plus the $30 handling fee. - Reservations cancelled 8-14 days prior to arrival, you lose the deposit paid as per “Reservations section (b)” above - Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival, there is NO REFUND! - When within 14 days of arrival, the reservation cannot be shortened or moved. - When within 7 days of arrival, reservations cannot be changed or altered. No exceptions.

October 2024"A Story to remember After reviewing various properties on Vrbo, I selected a stay at the Storybrooke cabin. We needed a four bedroom cabin and the description and amenities made it an easy choice. The leasing office gave us very easy directions to find the cabin, which, to our surprise, was even nicer than what we had anticipated. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. The overall feel of the cabin was cozy and warm. The kitchen area was very well equipped and made shared cooking easy. We especially enjoyed the TV area even though our IU team lost to Ohio State. It was very quiet and, beautiful in the surrounding area. It was not far to go to hike in the Brown County State Park. We also made a couple of runs to downtown Nashville. Most of the time we spent in the cabin just talking to each other, playing games and eating it was very relaxing and enjoyable . All of us agreed it was one of our best vacation times ever."
